We were in search for a professional orthodontist for my daughter. After several consultations with Orthodontists in various cities, we made our selection right on the spot with Dr. Bottala. Without having to ask my daughter what her thoughts were, she immediately said excitingly, "this is it"! She felt comfortable with Dr. Bottala, as he explained the service and answer our questions to the extent. The office staff are wonderful, providing the utmost customer service. You feel welcomed the minute you walk into the office. Staff create an inviting atmosphere for adults and kids. We like the reward program and incentives they provide for the kids. If I could rate this place any higher I probably would. It always feels like the staff goes out of there way to make sure your experience is better than the last time you were there. You don't feel like your just another number that's being rushed along to get another person through. With that being said they are still always on time for every appointment I had. Every detail of the whole experience is thought about and perfected. Every business can learn something from this one.
