If I could rate this place any higher I probably would. It always feels like the staff goes out of there way to make sure your experience is better than the last time you were there. You don't feel like your just another number that's being rushed along to get another person through. With that being said they are still always on time for every appointment I had. Every detail of the whole experience is thought about and perfected. Every business can learn something from this one.
I do recommend John R Bottala office for any type of ortho work. Everytime I go to my appt the staff are very friendly and very attentive when I arrive. The office is very organized, clean, and kids friendly. I'v been very happy with their service.
